WHAT
WE DO
Aguascalientes International is a program that seeks to internationalize the city of Aguascalientes. It promotes the city’s capacity to receive and welcome people from different places and countries. This through a model that promotes regional strategies that improve the quality of life and promote more open and peaceful societies. This will be possible through multi-sectoral involvement in local communities.
HOW WE
DO IT
Through the creation and strengthening of a Youth Welcoming Committee as a collaboration network with the local community, prioritizing the creation of spaces for harmonious coexistence between refugee, migrant and foreign communities. We participate and implement different activities and initiatives in the cultural, artistic, sports, and gastronomic fields that promote intercultural dialogue. We work hand in hand with other actors from civil society, the private sector, and government agencies to promote Aguascalientes as a welcoming, intercultural and welcoming city.
